Like this light!

Really like the way this light looks. It was relatively easy to install - took 1 person about an hour to hang. Wish the circline bulb offered a bit more flexibility - 40 watts is a little too bright for our application, and it was a tight fit getting the bulb installed in the fixture. But other than that, it's a good looking fixture and it has really improved the appearance of our foyer.

Best Snorkel Vest Out There! Mahalo!

Just used this vest snorkeling off the beaches in Maui and at Molokini crater. It was the envy of everyone. Fits extremely well with plenty of adjustment buckles, does not ride up around the head. It has large pockets that are buckled as well. You can hang items such as flashlights and emergency whistles on it. Snorkeling was extremely comfortable and effortless thanks to this incredible jacket. It also offers a great deal of safety in case you are separated or tired. Simply the best snorkeling jacket out there. Can also be used for swimming safety and excercise. Easy to inflate or deflate using the tube which can be locked to prevent inadvertent deflation. I deflated in order to dive deep to take pictures of a lying turtle. Easily inflated with a few puffs. Getting back to the boat became difficult once because of the wind and I turned over onto my back and flipped over very fast and safely without having to use the snorkel 5 stars A+++ product. Great service and immediate shipping. MAHALO!

Makes a big difference

This went into a new Satellite L355-S7817 that shipped with a crippled "partial" battery to keep the price down. I've managed to get rid of that Vista garbage and get XP Pro installed with all the important Toshiba utilities. (Thanks to the Toshiba-Asia web site).In combination with moderate power management policy and this full-capacity battery and the screen brightness turned down (still a very crisp 17" display) I'm getting close to 3 hours of use. Best I've ever had on a laptop and I'm very pleased. This while also powering wireless, a USB trackball, and 2.5" external WD Passport USB HDD.

Not quite right but getting better :)

3/11/2011: Due to a bad previous experience with a non-Toshiba product, I decided this time to order two batteries for my Toshiba Satellite X205-9800 laptop, one Toshiba original(this product) and one from Brainydeal P200 7200mAh BT2, to be on the safe side. See my review for the Brainydeal battery.Out of the box, although the battery fit and snaps into place properly, it charged up to 54% and then stopped charging. Note: I have written the supplier and have not received a response yet. Will keep posting as things move along.3/17: Experimented by draining the battery until laptop shutdown and battery jumped to... 57%3/19: after another cycle: battery soared to 69% and 70% after a fourth cycle.Question: Is that part of the normal battery life cycle? When I bougth the laptop, it charged right away up to 100%, but maybe they have a different charging process in the factory? The new battery came without any instruction so I am on my own there.Conclusion: the battery may eventually reach 100% charge over time. I don't know yet. But it is not worth filing a claim with Amazon (the supplier NEVER answered the claim directly). It is not worth the trouble shipping it back from Nicaragua. Just have to cross my fingers that I will get my total charge some day. So the battery barely gets 3 stars and the supplier 1, because there is no 0.Update as of 5/22/2011: For some reason Best Deal did NOT get my mail reporting the problem, but they were duly informed by Amazon when I placed a formal claim. Since then, they have tried their best to find a solution. I have a brand new battery waiting for me in Portland, OR, flown directly from China, to be handcarried to Nicaragua at the end of this month. Please, no comments about the carbon footprint this battery will have accumulated. Makes me blush with shame.I will update the product evaluation as soon as I charge it and in the meanwhile, I find Best Deal did everything in their power to solve the matter. So Best Deal gets a 5, Amazon also for the effectiveness of their claim process, and the battery remains at 2.5 stars until I get it to charge, on May 31st.Update as of 6/17/2011: The battery did not charge above 60%. Neither Best Deal nor myself could find a way to figure what is wrong. So both products were returned. Best Deal Now cumplied fully and refunded the whole purchase including both shipment charges. Thumbs up for Best Deal Now. As for the product, I have no information allowing me to say that the batteries are deficient, since it could also be the charger or the charging mechanism on the Toshiba, which I have no idea how to access. End of the story.

I've purchased a total of three 'Royce Lighting Outdoor Convertible Latern's with Frosted Globe'. The light can be installed as an outdoor hanging lamp or a wall mounted outdoor light. I've used the lights for wall mounting. The lighting is a soft light rather than the normal white lighting associated with flourescent lights. This is due to the frosted globe. It has a photo-electric cell that turns it off during the day, so you can leave it on if you wish. The bulb uses only 13 watts. It provides a very warm pleasing look. It adds curb appeal to your home. The only negative is, you must assemble the lamp prior to installation and you have extra hardware after installation. The extra hardware is disposed after installation.

Excellent...no bones about it!

Deeeelicious!! I am very picky about fish, and this did not disappoint. Probably as good as the halibut I pulled out of Alaskan waters myself some years back. The best part - I've had 2 pieces so far and not one bone in sight. The price isn't any more competitive than anywhere else, but the quality was very high. It makes me want to buy more products from Omaha Steaks, if only I could afford them.I was worried about the shipping because I received a notice on a Thursday that it had shipped, and when they didn't arrive Friday... or Monday... or Tuesday... I wondered how they could possibly remain frozen. But they were frozen solid! Omaha Steaks could do a better job of describing the shipping process on Amazon. The fish steaks were packed in a cooler with dry ice. It worked out perfectly!

Got these and cooked them up on the grill - they were very good. I don't think they are any better than the frozen ones found at the grocery store though. I will have to compare prices to see which is the better deal. Either way, I'm glad I got these. It's one of the few fish that we like - very mild and the texture is good. It holds together well on the grill. We use it with Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn Rub - 4 oz and love it!

Beautiful quality

This ring was even more stunning than the pictures showed. I closely inspected it to be sure I was giving my fiance a ring she would treasure and be proud of. The cut and clarity of the diamond are amazing. The craftsmanship of the ring itself is as good as any I've ever seen, and we'd looked at a lot of rings before choosing this one. The setting being Moissanite, we were also happy to find a stone that we knew for certain was conflict free.

Beautiful, but not like the picture.

The picture of this item must be of a wider band, or a MUCH smaller stone than a one carat (1CT), as my band is quite a bit thinner than the picture. As well, the stone is slightly more yellow than the picture portrays this one to be (especially noticeable in natural light).However, all-in-all I still love the ring and plan to keep it. For the price, you can' t beat the brilliance of a moissanite.I've uploaded my pictures on the product page for reference.

Good light

I bought this light to use in my remodeled bathroom and it works well. My only complaint is that it may be just a tad too dim, but this doesn't bother me too much since this is the guest bath (I don't use it for make-up application, etc.). I did turn the glass hurricanes upside-down, so that the scalloped edge is hidden, only because I have more modern taste. I also put the colored "veins" on the back side because I do not like the way they look. I've had many compliments on this light from guests.

This rub rocks!

I was a little reluctant to try a whole case of 12 of this product in case I didn't like it, but after I tried it I was hooked. This rub turns an ordinary piece of grilled or roasted chicken into a masterpiece.My favorite use for this particular flavor, however, is to sprinkle it on broccoli and/or cauliflower pieces before steaming them in the microwave. You can taste both the rosemary and ginger along with the veggies and it really jazzes up this everyday side dish. Don't be shy about putting a lot on, too -- it would be hard to overdo it with this great seasoning blend.Buy a case and split it with a friend -- you'll save a ton over buying them individually at the supermarket!!

Good quality light fixture.

This is a good quality light fixture, and was a good price on Amazon. I am overall happy with it. You are supposed to be able to flip the lights up or down, but it is pretty hard to do. That is the only reason I gave it a four star rating. The light bulbs that cam with it are a little dim, but I shouldn't complain, because most of the time you never get any with purchase. I like the fact that is an energy star product. I own the double light, triple light, and quad light versions.

I purchased this faucet to replace an old faucet that could no longer be turned tight enough to stop the drip and when the drip became a trickle, and parts for the 60year of faucet could no longer be purchased or found, I knew I needed to purchase a new faucet.Many new faucets are made from plastic parts with some combo metals but this one like my old faucet is solid brass (except for the pulley to close the drain).It was installed by a plumber who also admired the all brass faucet.It looks beautiful and works well
