Great Product and Service
By Steven R. Gruchawka
The order arrived fast with fresh product in great condition. I will order again. Red Quinoa has a differenct taste and texture from the Golden Quinoa. The red is slightly sweeter and crunchier. I like mixing the red and yellow 50:50 when I cook. I boil for 10 minutes and then let it sit for 8 minutes. 1 cup dry quinoa to 1 cup water. It needs no seasoning or additives - tastes great as is.

Same quality as the grocery store
By Christine
Quinoa has a great taste, especially the red variety! I struggled when I first married my (vegetarian) husband to cook a meal that both he and I would like. I have a degree in nutrition and I became concerned about getting enough protein since I wasn't eating as much meat. Quinoa is similar to wild rice, but has a complete protein (so you don't have to eat beans with it to get the same nutrition!).

Angelina's is great
By Alden Brindle
Angelina's gourmet red quinoa is delicious, they also ship fast, and I like the way they pack, no plastic! Cook quinoa like rice, soak overnight 1 cup quinoa with 2 cups of water, next morning add a dash of salt and cook for 15 minutes in its soaking water; leave it covered for a bit for the grain to fully absorb the water and puff; then fluff with a fork like you would rice. There are tons of good recipes on the web. Quinoa is the perfect grain for gluten intolerant persons. Enjoy!
