I ordered these a half size larger as others have suggested and they fit fine. I've worn them in rainy wet conditions as well as in lake effect snowstorms. My feet have stayed warm and dry, so overall I'm pleased with the purchase and would recommend them to others.

these boots are good

I have not had a chance to try these boots out in the snow yet. They do keep my feet warm in low temperatures. I do not recommend wearing wool socks with them, because your feet get too warm.

Quality boots for a cheap price!

The boots are very lightweight and confortable. They are lighter than most my sneakers! They keep your feet realy warm. However, don't wear these indoors or as a normal wear boot because they are so warm that your feet don't get to breathe and start to sweat very quckly. For outdoor use in the cold or snow they are the best boots I've ever owned!

best outdoor chimnea

plain and simple this is the best chimnea you can buy. I bought one for a friend as a gift and everyone that has been to his house buy's one after seeing it. I just purchased a second one for myself and find that there chimnea is built better than any other I have seen. These chimneas are very sturdy and will last for many years if not a lifetime. The door screens do wear out and need to be replaced but this problem exist with all chimneas. I don't replace the door. I just leave the front open.

Nice Product, but Not Made in USA

Just received and set up our Blue Rooster Grape Leaf chiminea. Dimensions and decription were as advertised and it appears to be of solid and durable construction. My one complaint is that I suspect this is an imported product. The aluminum casting appears to have been done in a sand mold. The attachment hardware, while stainless steel, is metric. The cardboard used to pack various cast pieces is what I normally see around products coming from China. Given these factors, I believe this is probably made in Asia somewhere, which if true, is the one disappointment I have. I was hoping that my purchase might have made some jobs for Americans.Blue Rooster, if you read this review, please don't take offense. Rather, I ask that you consider that Americans can proudly make this product, and Made in the USA molded on it, you can sell it at a price that will produce a fair profit. If I'm wrong and this is an American made product, I welcome seeing Blue Rooster's correction. But also please explain the metric attachments.

One of the best made Gloves / Mitts at any price.

I discovered Akadema gloves 5 years ago and have purchased 4 different models for my kids and myself. I will not buy anything other than Akadema gloves in the future. These gloves are finely crafted, and the APM66 is no exception. It has been less than a month since purchase and the mitt is broken in enough to be game usable, and this mitt is going to last for years to come and get better with age.Steve

My rug arrived without any tags, so I did not know what name brand the rug is. When I contacted the seller, he claimed to sell only Bowron rugs. However, when I asked him to send me a tag, the tag said it is Shear Style. The rug is not a Bowron Gold Star rug.

Great quality, looks great and flies well

The good:*High, high quality all around.*The Ultra-Cote finish was perfect, with no goofs or bagging anywhere; and it's much prettier in person than it is in the pictures.*There are all sorts of thoughtful touches that ensure a fast, accurate build. E.g. cut -outs for either standard or HD switch jacks, servo trays are pre-cut and perfectly sized for most standard servos, all screw and bolt holes are pre-drilled and perfectly located. You almost can't make a mistake building this plane.*Virtually everything is screwed or bolted together. The only glued-on (or rather epoxied -on) parts were the vertical and horizontal stabilizers.*I like the way they beefed up the vertical stab with supporting rods.*This was by far the best, easiest build I've ever experienced.The bad:*Instructions were mediocre at best.*Of course, the included spinner was junk. That's usually the case with any ARF.*I added two more CA hinges to each aileron (the original three just didn't seem like enough).*I used heavier control rods for the aileron to aileron linkage.*The straight-ahead engine mount is a very bad idea. You need at least 2 degrees of right thrust if you don't want the model veering left on the verticals (no down thrust is required, however). Why didn't they build this in at the factory??*Keep the CG forward. The book recommends 12.5-15 cm from the top wing LE. I recommend 12.5 cm max. Even at that, it feels tail heavy.*Keep the control throws to a minimum. Even the low rates shown in the book are too wild for my tastes.*The plane builds heavy - 10.5 pounds for mine. IMHO that's too heavy for the wing area. Look for ways to cut weight; E.g. o Lose the wheel pants (saves three oz right off the bat). o Go for a lighter weight tail wheel assembly (saves another ounce). o Consider losing the pilot (saves up to two more ounces). o Use a light-weight throttle servo (saves another ounce). o Consider a carbon fiber main gear and wing tubes (another six ounces potentially, between the two). o Find a few other little things and total weight savings can be as much as a pound. You'll like the difference that makes in the air.*Go for a big engine. I used the new O.S. 155 4-cycle with a 16x10 prop.Other comments:*It wants to roll out of knife edge flight; you gotta hold aileron. This is probably its most annoying habit. But it still does a decent four-point roll.*It has a slight tendency to want to pull up out of vertical dives.*The elevator is touchy - esp. when inverted (a sign of a tail-heavy model).*But on the other hand, you can do slow, graceful rolls with virtually no elevator input.*It doesn't hold its heading through loops and Cuban eights as well as I'd like; but I guess that's just the nature of biplanes.This is definitely NOT a beginner's plane, but it flies well, and even gracefully, with conservative throws. And when all is said and done, this is a beautiful, beautiful airplane. It'll always be a big hit at any field.

The standard for artistic compettive skaters

When I competitively roller skated in the 80's I had a nice 8mm sure grip plate, Riedell boots, and bones wheels and Swiss bearings. 25 years later, the boots have gone uptown (Harlick) the plates have gone Italian (Roll Line)and everyone is moving to those Texas wheels that whistle, but I'm sticking with my Swiss bearings and my Bones (although I do like the Super Elites vs. Rollerbones now.) Why? Because they work forever, are easy to maintain, and help you control the roll. I buy 7mm bearings for my Roll Line Mariner's Cup plates, and 8mm for my old Sure Grips.

great covers

So I have not gotten this cover yet but the cleanrest covers are the absolute best. They are comfortable, feel like real fabric not plastic, do not come with the weird plastic smells of the vinyl varieties and the really hold up. One of the main purposes of my mattress cover is to protect my mattress during the many many moves I have put it through and the cover not only helps me grip the mattress but it hasnt torn or ripped or anything after a lot of abuse and i can take it off, wash it, and put it back on and i have a comfortable clean mattress that i dont have to worry about getting bed bugs or other allergens in the many houses it has travelled to :)

Search 4 Tomorrow -- Antique kitchen faucet found on Amazon....

We have been looking 4 replacement for a 60-year old kitchen faucet in our Gunnison prefab house in Indy. No seller had any except My Plumbing Stuff. We placed order, and in two days the faucet arrived, exactly as advertized. We installed faucet with spray in under 30 minutes, and the faucet works beautifully. We have a 1950's kitchen with beautiful steal cabnets and all the chrome trimmings. It's so retro we can't give it up. When the faucet brock we couldn't find anything at the hardware stores that would work or fit. We thought we were going to have to replace the entire kitchen just to be able to fix the faucet. But then we found this and we were so exited that it perfect. It's the exact replacement of our old one. Thanks so much!

retro replacement

This faucet I purchased to replace an American kitchen faucet from my circa 1950s kitchen. Since my faucet didn't have any information on it, I went off appearance only. My original faucet also did not have a sprayer, so this was an awesome plus! (although I had some difficulty determining how to attach it!)I am rating this 4 stars, as the parts came with nothing! No instructions, labels, etc. Now, you might think your plumber should just KNOW how to put it together, but this is an OLD FAUCET. Not everyone has dealt with it. My contractor who works on our house (we are rehabbing a very old home) wasn't completely sure how everything went together.Okay, so....I put this in myself! So obviously I was able to figure out how everything went together after some pondering and trips to the store, but it would have been very nice to have directions.I should also note, this didn't end up laying flush against the washbasin that my original faucet did. We will end up caulking it, but it didn't work perfectly. This may be because it isn't the precise model I had originally, but there is no way to tell since we don't know what the original model was called.Hope this helps. I added some photos to hopefully help anyone looking!

Quality gloves

These are good gloves and well worth the price. I tested the kevlar with my knife and it didn't tear a thread.I used these gloves camping they ended up getting wet (and still retained heat very well), so I wanted to test the flame resistence...I was very impressed to say the least.I could complete run my hand through the flames, which made them very easy to dry. The one bad part about these gloves is that the finger tips are only single-ply leather so if you grab something hot, heat transfers through very quickly.
