Not for everyone

I've been using the Sisley Buffing Cream since I was turned onto "buffing" my skin as a form of exfoliation, instead of using the granular scrubs. But buffing is not for everyone. Basically, you layer on this chalky-feeling stuff (with granules) on your skin, wait for it to dry, then rub the stuff off. In rubbing, you supposedly take off layers of dead skin cells, dirt, and what not.For me, with combination to drier skin, this thing has been very useful. IN the winter, when I may get to be too dry to the point of flakiness in some areas, it helps to cleanse the skin, layer this stuff on, then buff off the dead skin cells. The Clairsonic doesn't do it - it may actually cause more dryness.The only drawback of rubbing the skin is that not everyone likes to RUB their skin in this way. We *should* treat our skin with kid gloves, as I understand it. But I always have a little thing of this around for those times when skin is in dire need of exfoliation and nothing else will do.

Cellex-C is great

I have used this product on pretty much a regular basis for the past 15 years. I am often complimented on my skin, even by my dermatologist, and asked about my skin care routine. I am pretty basic and just use an apricot scrub, retin-A, and Cellex-C. I am always skeptical about products' claims, but I believe this product does what is claimed. It is a little pricey but goes a long way and is worth it.

I wish that I had seen this dog bed sooner. I have thought about contacting the chillow pillow company for awhile, I own a couple of their pillows, which I love. During the last year of my Chocolate Labs life her nights became very restless, one night I thought that maybe she couldn't get comfortable because she might have been hot, so I placed one of my Chillow's under her head. Every night after that I placed one on the floor for her and I would wake up in the morning to find her laying on it, it really helped to make her nights more comfortable. Wish I would have known about the beds. Thank you Chillow, I will continue to use your pillows, they are a life saver! Janice, CA

Great fun, not for begginer.

I bought my 4th of these from amazon(the first three from hobby stores). It is the only one that is still working. That should tell you that it is fun enough for the money but still fragile. I have a pool that is triple the size of the average pool(even by Arizona standards), but even so it is not large enough to keep a novice from hitting a wall every couple seconds. It is very fast and agile. It can even run well against a fast running storm swelled stream. That being said it is not very good with water coming over the top, it gets swamped quickly. Not ocean worthy.

Didn't work out of the box...

Great little boat, we bought two, one of which worked great - quick and easy to drive. This one didn't steer, so back it goes. Durability might be an issue with these as they get pretty wet inside. The one that worked quit working until it was fully dried out...really fun to drive/watch though!

Fun, simple and reasonably robust

Bought the ZZR for my grandsons....yeah! This is an outrageously fun toy, very fast and simple to control, throttle and rudder. You will have to continually fix small problems, as unbending the ruddershaft, but considering it's performance level and cost that's a small price to pay. The kids get it quickly and you can help them by getting them to turn the rudder all the way to port or starboard and the boats will spin in safe loops, until they get the hang of it. Soon they will be racing each other.

Not a needed item, but a certain nice to have one. Works as it is supposed to just fine. Heat temperature was really nice, held the xmas items great. Bonus is, the pans remove to allow you to set your big soup or coffee pots on. I love this thing. I turned it on first in the garage to burn off any new-item crap that may have been on it, then let it cool and gave it a wash before using.

Awesome picture quality

I did 5 months of research before deciding on this one and have not regretted this choice. Got this projector for the DLP DarkChip 3 and Faroudja DCDi chipset... was not disappointed. All the reviews I read were right about the PQ... great contrast and upconversion to from 480 to 720p.Also bought a M1-DA to HDMI converter for 15 bucks, and native HD sources look awesome! I'm projecting onto a 92" screen I made using laminate and Screen Goo. The projector quality is still life like even in ambient light. I'm never going to pay to watch a movie at a theater again.Was looking at the Optoma HD70 and Mitsubishi HC1500, but I paid a little more for this because of the processing by the Faroudja chip which makes so much difference with clarity of motion... a must for action movies.

Awesome projector for the money

I had the infocus 4805 before this, and I loved it.. the 4805 lasted 4100h on the same bulb, I can only hope the 7210 does as well.The 7210's color reproduction is phenomenal if at times a bit too warm, but it really feels like you are there live, especially when watching real HD quality media.It is a snap to setup, takes about 45sec to warmup so make sure you turn it on before your other equipment to give it a chance.I have it projecting on a homemade 96" widescreen screen, and it is really amazing. It is in the normal livingroom, and i can watch it in full daylight. Better than all of the LCD TVs I have ever seen.If you want to save space, money, have a real theater experience, go with this projector. It doesn't have HDMI, but that is ok, I still use component and the quality is perfect.I would say go with this for a couple years until all the hidef standards cool down, and everyone agrees on the encryption methods used, then upgrade.

Littmann stethoscopes

My general impression regarding Littmann stethoscopes (of which I have 5 different models) is that the major goal of their company is "making people hear louder", which, to me, is detrimental to the overall quality of the acoustics. I personally carry with me a three-headed Harvey, which, despite being "kind of heavy", is, to my humble opinion, the best commercially available stethoscope at this point in time.

Excellent stethoscope

I'm a Pediatric Hospitalist and just bought the 28 in version of this stethoscope to replace my Littmann Cardio III. I've always thought Littmann had the best product out there until now. I love this. I've always been able to pick up on most murmurs, but now I can hear them more clearly. Breath sounds are also excellent with this steth. I highly recommend it to anyone.

This pole is very easy to extend, compresses into a small, easily carried around form, and has a useful hook at the end. It seems sturdy, and works well. Cons? I wish I could put different hooks at the end as sometimes the current hook is difficult to fit into tight places. Otherwise, its perfect for my needs.

Great meter, no complaints

This meter allows you very quickly check for voltage presence without even turning the device on. The audible alert is extremely useful.I've never had to change the batteries in this meter. It is definitely very efficient. The leads it comes with are sturdy and tangle-resistant, and they wrap easily around the slim body of the meter.The meter itself is very easy to hold due to its slimmer than average form. The ammeter clamp is strong enough to clasp your belt loop if you need to use both hands momentarily and have no place to set the meter down.

I believe this meter to be very high quality as i have seen many of the professionals around here use exactly the same thing. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, but I won't hold that against the tool itself.

It's perfect I love the high voltage non-contact sensor it reads 24vac as well. The capacitor test function is great for HVAC work, my Fluk e meter only test up to 5uf. The test leads wrap around with holders for the probes leaving no leads or probes dangling around. The case holds the meter and the thermocouple and you can hang it on your belt. My only regret is that I didn't spend a little extra for the one that has a back lit display.

Oh how I wanted these luscious looking slides.Roomy toe, even a half size longer and wider than they are sized.But the problem is the arch.We flat footed folks put a lot of weight on the inside edge of our feet, the arch area, where weight does not belong.Given that despite the wonderful cushioning it is still hard as a rock beneath that layer and with weight on it, it hurts.Plain and simple not for those of us with pes planus.If your foot does not roll in, then these should be divine!Not pretty though not even in the silver color. A very EARTH SHOE looking utilitarian shoe.

Great Shoes

The Gentle Souls Golum Slide is an extremely comfortable shoe, with lots of padding. I have worn Gentle Souls before, and this one did not disappoint. I usually wear a 10, but when I tried on the 10 in a department store in Silver, it was too long and wide. I started to walk away, and the clerk suggested a 9 1/2. I reluctantly tried it, and to my surprise, it fit perfectly. I originally saw the slide in Mahagony in a magazine, and was so excited, I ordered it immediately, forgetting that I needed a smaller size. When the 10 arrived, it was to long and wide, and I immediately called the store to order a 9 1/2. To my dismay, they did not carry 9 1/2, and I sent them back. I then went on a mission, looking at many sites, only to find exactly what I wanted on Amazon.com. I order from Amazon all of the time, and did not know they sold shoes. I have worn this shoe all summer, and it goes with everything. I love it!!!

The shoe is comfortable but runs wide and squeaks with every step. Looks like a man's bedroom slipper. It's comfortable to wear around the house or in the yard but that's it. Not an attractive shoe.
