Seller needs to learn how to package

The necklace itself is very nice. However, when it arrived it came in a little pouch and the "multi stand" was one big knot. I have had it for 3 days and am still trying to untangle it. I would return it if Christmas wasn't next week. I sent an email to Eve's Addiction and have not received a response.
