second chance to run

I hadn't run in 3 years due to having patellofemoral syndrome and I missed it terribly. I have recently returned to running thanks to this product. I doubt I'll ever be able to run the same pace as before or run more than 4 miles at a stretch but I'm just thankful to be running again. Just be very careful to make sure you adhere the endura tape to the base tape and not your skin.
