will require time (30-45 minutes) to put all parts together then hang it and connect all wires; the fan works great. Except, there is NO reverse button on the remote control if you want to have the fan turned in reverse direction during the winter months. Have to manually turn the button on top of the fan for reverse spinning with the help of a ladder.

Was a little hesitant buying a "used" fan, but the price was right and I knew we had an opportunity to return it to Amazon if it didn't work.Well, we are NOT disappointed!! The fan came and it works GREAT! I would not consider this a "used" item. We are very happy with our purchase from Amazon. Buying from Amazon saved us A LOT of money on this fan. It is a very quiet fan and doesn't wobble at all on high speed. Great fan :)
