tue smell of a truffle lacking in flavor

When I open the package I was overwhelmingly excited at the deep earthy aroma that came, I could not believe I had just bought a pound of trifles for this price when I have paid 10th times the price for so much less. I will definitely buy aging for that reason alone.However I could not award them 5 stars because though the small grand their flavor dose not follow through. Though for the price could we expect them to live up to their Italian counterparts?The answer sadly is no
