best shampoo for your pet!

I tried this based on a sample given to me by my vet for my sensitive viszla pooch. IT IS AMAZING. Much less dog smell (you know that time when they really need a bath!) Less dry skin and dander and great smell. It is all natural and the best option for your pet. With coconut and safflower oil, it has a great smell! I tried several brands that all had synthetic additives (pet-head and several others) that seem great for your pet, but end up drying out their skin and leaving a film producing more "doggie smell." This can be spendy if you buy the small bottles (usually $10-$15 each for a 12oz bottle) -- so purchasing this gallon bottle for under $50 is a GREAT deal. Will be a forever client on this product!My only suggestion is better packaging. The box came nearly crushed and I was worried about it being broken. The "packaged" air was used as a packing agent, not the best idea. Use something more stiff like packing peanuts or bubble wrap would ensure safe travels. The top was taped down to be sure it didn't screw off. Good idea.

A Vet Dermatologist recommended this. I groom dogs. I used it on a constant hot spot dotted Bichon and surprise, it works. He always get this shampoo and it continues to work.

Since I found it over 15 years ago, it has been the only dog shampoo I'll use, unless desperate. It's very gentle. My first dog had somewhat sensitive skin, prone to flea bite allergies and dry skin and this shampoo actually improved her skin and coat. But, it also cleans very well, rinses very easily. Their coats are shiny. And doesn't hurt the dogs' eyes. In fact, one of my dogs so liked the botanical coconut smell that he'd try to lick it. It smells great. Not strong coconut, but a mild clean scent. I can't speak more highly about it. I mix enough for two dogs in a gallon watering can, with water. Then it's easy to pour over the dog, getting all areas. And the easy rinse is very nice for impatient dogs.
