This stretcher works very well and is easy to use. It is heavy and sturdy, which helps support the boot as it is being stretched. To use, just insert the stretcher into the boot (or shoe) and turn the knob at the top until there is sufficient pressure against the instep. Leave it for 24 hours. If you need more stretch, turn the knob and leave it another 24 hours. Any stretcher really needs at least 24 hours to do the job. Keep turning and waiting until you have the right amount of stretch.
