Worked fast

Item arrived fast and was easy to mix in a pump sprayer. Shortly after application my coil was passing air much better, icing stopped and the A/C was able to cool the house much easier. The smell (kind of like a well known blue window cleaner) didn't last more than an hour or so after. It has to be mixed 3 parts water 1 part cleaning agent. I used distilled water to prevent any scale build up.

I have an electronic air cleaner (you pull 2 steel cage and wire thingys out). My furnace had started to 'whistle' a little, and rather that call my HVAC guy (I had watched him do this often enough) I decided I could do it myself if I had the right stuff. So I took a chance on This stuff, and it worked great. I went ahead and sprayed it off even though it says you don't have to. No more whistling and I'm looking forward to cleaning my ac condenser as well!
