Product Description
Exclusively from Woodland Direct The Woodhaven Firewood Rack this black powder coat is a great outdoor firewood rack. The powder coat finish provides a tough corrosion resistant layer for the Woodhaven. Woodhaven fire wood racks are made in the USA from 16 gauge steel. Unlike the majority of other firewood racks the Woodhaven is built to provide a lifetime of service. From the precision drilled holes that ensure structural integrity to the stainless steelnuts and bolts that will not rust, most other racks use less durable galvanized steel, the Woodhaven is the last firewood rack you will ever need to buy! INCLUDED COVER: This uniquely designed cover keeps the top row of wood completely dry and ready to burn, and allows for air to flow through the firewood to reduce mold and mildew and promote curing! All of the covers fit around the four uprights of the rack and move down as the wood stack gets smaller. The cover is made out of top quality coated canvas, and has velcro front sides for quick access to your firewood. This included cover is only available in black. OPTIONAL FULL COVER: This is an additional full cover designed to be used in areas with extreme weather conditions only during the burning season after the firewood has cured. It is made out of the same material that our standard cover is, with the front flap held down with Velcro strips on each side. The optional full cover is only available in black.

Does the job and looks great
By K. Schuster
Rather than the recommended two wrenches, I used a socket and socket adapter with my portable drill to turn the bolts, and a crescent wrench to hold the nuts in place. Then I made the final tightening with the socket wrench. Not counting taking the parts out of the packaging and reading the directions, it took about 20 minutes to put together. All but one of the holes lined up perfectly. The one that was off, was still open enough to force the bolt through.Everything appears to be well made. The instructions aren't clear about whether the "feet" should be angled in or out. I have some of both, and it appears to have not made any difference... but it would be better if the instructions indicated one way or the other. So far, the black vinyl-fabric cover has survived a full New Hampshire winter and summer with no signs of decomposition or wear. However, I strongly recommend to the company that they punch a few grommets on the flap hems so that users can attach compression ("bungie") cords or rope or other method of tying-down the flaps. Just a light breeze lifts them up and off, despite the almost worthless hook-and-loop strips at the ends. I wound up running two tie-down straps completely around the top and bottom after I filled the rack with wood, and that worked.

It's great, you get what you pay for
By Slip Rexwell
I went with this one because it was so highly reviewed... And they were all right! It's sturdy, solid, and really does the job. Simple and nice looking with our modern house, and no fear of collapse once we found secure places for all the feet. We used flat rocks under each foot, and carefully placed them so all feet were sitting solidly on the rocks. Be sure you do this step carefully, the rack really holds a heavy LOAD of wood. Also be sure not to locate too near any wood walls, keeping any termites in your firewood from moving to the side of your house or garage. It also arrived in a timely manner, well packed... It's heavy, have a friend ready to help set it up!

The real deal
By Bargain Boy
This product is far superior to Chinese-made racks I've seen. Very solid when assembled. Holds a full load in a very stable manner. Note that the capacity is a 3/4 cord face, which is a little less than half a cord. We order by the half, and store the remainder on a separate 4' rack to which we have easy access. Cover seems high quality, but you'll want to hold the middle down with a brick or something for windy days. Looks nice when loaded--not just for the farm, but a back yard conversation piece in the suburbs. Extra fast shipping. Arrives in a surprisingly small box and takes one guy about an hour or so to assemble at a leisurely pace. All holes align nicely. Costs a little extra, but worth it.
