The closest thing to breastmilk!!

When our spontaneous triplets were born at 34.4 weeks gestation I was determined to breastfeed them and was able to do so for the first 7 weeks, supplementing with Enfamil Enfacare (22 calorie preemie formula), as directed by our pediatrician. In the NICU they were getting as much milk as I could make enhanced with the Enfamil and when I stopped nursing we were told we should stick with the Enfamil due to the triplets' low birth weights (5 pounds each at birth). Once they were no longer getting breast milk their poops became more solid and bulky and much more stinky.Our triplets just turned 5 months old and we were given the go-ahead from the pediatrician to switch their formula to a regular formula as long as we mixed it rich, using more than the recommended amount to bulk up the calories until they were 6 months old. I was dying to switch them because there are many food allergies in my family and knowing all the new food-allergy research I wanted the kids to get the probiotics into their system before we started solids. We started by using the Good Start for 1/3 of their bottles, Enfacare for 2/3, to make the switch gradual and less shocking on their tummies. They have been a little cranky and gassy while their system adjusts to a new formula but the proof is in the diaper. Since the switch, the kids' poops have gone back to that sweet(er) smelling, yellow mustard seed looking, classic breast milk poop. I've also noticed that they are pooping a lot less, which means that their bodies are using the food it gets more effectively and efficiently. I am blown away by this. I can not believe what a huge difference just a little of this formula has made just a few days. I feel confident that my instinct to switch them to a better formula was correct all along.Yes, it might not mix as easily (invest in a Dr. Brown's Formula Pitcher!) but it does not produce all the bubbles the Enfamil did, nor does it smell as bad, and it won't stain like other formulas. The comfort proteins and probiotics make this the perfect formula. Breast milk may be best but this is the next best thing!

Ignorance is bliss, Hydrolized protein made using enzymes is NOT MSG & you can buy these at w-mart for $144.

This is great formula, but despite scare tactics of whacko tree huggers who dropped out of school, the Hydrolized protein in this formula is made through enzyme process which does not result in MSG. There are 3 significantly different processes used in USA by mfg to hydrolize protein and just because one results in MSG, does not mean all processes do. These same size and type formulas can also be purchased elsewhere for much cheaper and instantly with no shipping charges. Check your local WallyWorld.

Great Product!

My baby, Ryan, was born with a heart defect that required major surgery to correct. The doctor that performed his surgery recommended I mix formula with breast milk to suppliment his caloric intake. The hospital started him on Infamil but he didn't like it and spit up a lot. I started using Nestle Good Start With Natural Cultures when my baby was around one month old. I have never had a problem with the formula not mixing up well, but I always use filtered water that is room temperature or above. My baby has thrived on this formula and is so healthy the doctors can hardly believe it. Usually children born with heart problems have trouble gaining weight and are more prone to being sick; that has not been the case with my child, Ryan. He is 6 months old and is 19lbs, 28" tall, and very strong and healthy.

FRS is great, but why the price hike?

I'm a runner, work a 9:00 - 5:00 as well as go to school in the evenings and before FRS I was taking 5 Hour Energy right before a run. It worked well enough but it tastes like drinking the little soap bottles used for making bubbles. Luckily it's a shot and it served it's purpose. 5 Hour Energy for me made me feel almost too wired and I noticed an elevated heart rate that made me a bit nervous.I chose FRS as an alternative because the price difference was about the same at the time, but I was wary after reading reviews that it simply didn't work and that it came in so many different forms, which was right for me. The can seemed to be the best, I could drink it before I head out to work, or before a run and get a little push to keep me active.For me, there wasn't any noticeable "buzz" or need to bounce off the walls, it just keeps me alert, awake, and motivated to keep going. I think people expect that high caffeinated sugar buzz that they may get from energy drinks or coffee that just isn't present here. Also the taste of FRS to me is like a mild tea. It doesn't have a strong carbonated soda taste to it with a rough back end. It also has some (at least the 24 cans I've had thus far) particles in the bottom of the can, even if you shake it. I have not tried the other flavors or the other FRS products aside from the Low Calorie Wild Berry. The other forms of FRS may differ from my experience.I really like FRS, and I actually look forward to drinking it when I get to work, like others do with coffee. My only problem is when I ordered my first shipment of FRS it was 28 dollars for 24 cans, and now the price has doubled and it just isn't reasonable to pay a little over 2 dollars a can for the product.

FRS Antioxidant Health Drink

AWESOME product, great tasting low calorie with no after taste. Wonderful Antioxidant that delivers what it claims. Increased energy levels & general feeling of well being noticeably improved. Has made a remarkable difference in my years of Fibromyalgia,Chronic Pain Syndrome & Chronic Fatigue. I would suggest this product to anyone looking for an excellent product offering antioxidant values. Thus far the best product of its kind!

Effectiveness:* Doesn't make you jittery at all, just feel more "awake"* Sometimes I'm not sure if it's doing anything, but I always get at least twice as much done on days when I do take it. Coincidence? Similar to the classic toy

My son is really into the G1 Transformers and Starscream is one of his favorites. It's hard finding the classic looking Starscream, so I was excited to find it here on Amazon. Similar to the classic model, but the only drawback is that the wings don't fit firmly into the body of the jet. It's almost that the pegs on the wings are a bit too long and leave too much of a gap making it look odd in jet mode. Other than that, it's still a great toy to have.

fairly ok, some issues

First of all I'd like to say that I am a big fan of these toys. I absolutely love transformers, I mean G1. those are for me the REAL transformers and the toys I grew up with (sort of, since I only owned a few ones). Of all the characters Starscream was for some unknown reason my favourite. This is a fine looking toy but it has some issues that I'd like to mention since they are differences from the original one as well. 1. The first one, and it's a biggie to me, CANOPY IS NOT TINTED AS THE ORIGINAL, instead is a very clear color which I personally don't like very much. 2. I think the decepticon symbols on his wings and nose shouldn't be painted, we can use the stickers but the painted logos will remain visible (the upper edges) 3. seems like he suffers from looseness in some areas (arms especially) 4.he has a -not so good- paint job or maybe the quality of the paint is below average, as a result his paint gets chipped in no time... I have a Wheeljack from 1984 and his paint seems a lot more resistant than screamer's. overall a good toy but with a little attention to small details it could have been great

Great toy to show off the original Transformers. Probably better off leaving it in the box just to look at. Looks just like the original.
