Close to Expiration Date

The HP 75XL Color Inkjet Cartridge that I ordered is authentic HP in manufacturer packaging (not refurbished or a knock-off). The current 75XL cartridge that I have has lasted for nearly a year (home printing and some photos). It truly does last much longer than a standard 75 cartridge.My only concern about this product is that I am receiving it in November 2011 and the expiration date is February 2012 (only 3 months away). I also ordered a 74XL Black Cartridge at the same time from another seller and that expiration date is not until May 2013. My current 75XL cartridge is low, but not empty, so I may not use this new one for a few weeks and I'm hoping that the approaching expiration date does not affect the quality, especially since it should last me about a year based on previous use.
