The Best Bang for your Buck

These are undoubtedly the best adult diapers available for the price. The absorbancy is sufficient to withstand multiple wettings. The diaper fits snugly and contours to the body very effectively. It is less expensive than Molicare (which produces a great diaper), but unlike Molicare, which can bunch up between the legs, Tranquility remains comfortable and uniform in this delicate area, both dry and wet. The only criticism I'd have of Tranquility is that the tape is not really re-fastenable. You can re-fasten it once, if you use the blue tape the first time and the white tape the second time, but that's pretty much the limit. If you try to re-fasten the same tape (either blue or white), it tends not to stick. However, this is a forgivable flaw when viewed in light of the affordable price, the absorbancy, the excellent fit, the lack of leakage, and even its ability to fit under clothing - Molicare and other high priced brands such as Bambino and Abena tend to be cumbersome, heavy, and difficult to conceal in terms of bulk. I bought a case of the Tranquility ATN fitted medium briefs, and I was more than satisfied! I plan to buy more in the future.

High absorbency

I bought these for my 92 year old grandma. She is sleeping more and more in bed, and the caregiver was worried about her being wet. These held a lot of liquid and on that I would rate these a 5. I found them hard to put on her. Maybe it would be easier if she way lying on the bed, but she's not at that point yet... Tranquility has be a very reliable brand.

These are simply my favorite brand of briefs. They're very comfortable, they don't leak, and the gathers on them are perfect. The price is excellent too!
