Better than standard elevated toilet seat options

Needed a temporary elevated toilet seat due to an injury. Medical suppliers and local retail outlets (HomeDepot, Target, Walgreens, etc) had basically the same style. A 5 inch high toilet seat that set on top of existing seat with a greatly reduced center hole (better have good aim!). Because of injury, this did not work well. After using this seat, think it is better than other choices no matter what your issue is. I bought this one after reading R Starks review. It is everything that review stated. I just want to provide a little more detail. The seat adds 4 inches and it holds up to 300 lbs. Very easy to install and clean.

Just trying to help you decide, by reviewing stuff we help each other and avoid been ripped off with Mickey Mouse lesser quality products. WELL this is a really outstanding toilete riser AND it its very sturdy, easy to clean and gives you an exra five inches of height, it stays in place, from day one, believe me it takes longer to umpack it than it takes to install it. that's how great this product is. Very satisfied.

Due to injury plus arthritis, a riser became a necessity. I shopped Amazon after my local hardware and medical stores. This one includes hinge for easy cleaning and lifting for little boys, yet large open area, secure placement, plus my toilet seat could be attached on top to minimize awkward appearance. The included hardware secured the riser (plus my toilet seat) quickly and without shifting. This was a good purchase and one I recommend.
