Great towel bar, somewhat difficult installation

I have 7 Motiv products in my home and they have all worked great. The only thing is that 2 of them have issues being installed or uninstalled. When installing, you connect these little T shaped anchors to the wall and when you connect the towel bar to the T anchors the 2 that have issues have difficulty connecting to the anchors. They seem to catch on the anchors which is possibly a production issue.
