I just got this topper out of the box and I am already impressed! My husband and I have an older memory foam topper that is supposedly the same thing, but over time has failed and has permanently compressed areas where we sleep(we are both obese). We had only had it about 3 years. One of the reasons I chose to order this one is the 10 year warranty. Whatever the reason, I am happy I chose to order from All Sleep. This topper came well packed and was WHITE! The other had been yellowed right out of the box and I hardly paid any less for it. The new topper actually goes ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE OF THE BED. The other one lacked 2 inches all the way around. And the free mattress pad it came with is equivalent to one I paid $50 for. It is a good thing they sent it as this topper measures the entire 4 inches promised and I needed a deeper cover. I have laid on it and it is firmer than what we had before, not hard, but more supportive. I have no doubt that I will be happy for a long time with this topper. Eventually I am going to have to replace my pillows and you better believe that I will be looking to All Sleep for that as well. Oh, also of note, they ship DHL. Don't count on the tracking feature to work with them. This morning it stated my topper was in Topeka, KS where it originated. I hate to tell them that it is in Albany, GA and already on my bed! This is a GREAT VALUE for the price paid and I will be back!

I purchased this item a few days ago, and so far it has already greatly helped my sleep quality. It takes a little bit of time to come entirely to shape after being packaged, but it was easily ready to use that night. The rack bed that I sleep on (I'm a fraternity so we have a cold air rack room with bunk beds) was somewhat unsupportive and too soft, which is what prompted me to purchase this and I heavily enjoy it.A Few notes:-I knew when I purchased this item that it was not quite 5.5lb density as I knew someone with the same topper, but I didn't want anything that was anywhere above ~4lbs density anyhow, as I have lower back and neck problems,a mattress/mattress pad that is too soft can aggravate these problems further. The density of this product is an excellent medium between being soft and being supportive. The thickness of this product makes it work well in combination with a mattress to create a good sleeping platform.-The supplier was extremely quick with shipping the product, and it was on my doorstep in 2 days. Furthermore, I had a product question and it was answered promptly.-To note, some reviewers stated that this product comes with a mattress cover, however, it does not. (But the value for money of this product is excellent).-I Cannot comment on durability of the product as of yet, but will update after a few months with how the product holds up.-I purchased a twin size topper, and it filled the mattress entirely, however due to the thickness (4"), many sheets may not fit correctly. I had erroneously purchased sheets for a twin XL bed last semester when I was living in a dorm room, so I did not come across this issue as I had an extra few inches of length on the sheets. I would recommend purchasing twin XL sheets if you purchase this product.

It's a little too firm when new but seems really comfortable after a couple of weeks.I've bought others at higher $$$ but none with this quality & density. Should last a long time without deformation.
