doesn't fit my beetle

I just purchased this item and had to return it. It does not fit my 2000 Beetle. There is no lip over the rear window on my car to secure the bar. It was easy to return, Wish I had known it doesn't fit my car.

Made my Bug Stand out }:cD

I got this for myself for Xmas and the price was perfect for my budget.... There are 3 other bugs like mines in color, but this makes mines stand out. It allows my Bug to carry more with the rack I bought tripled my capacity to carry more on top of the Bug... I also have 3 Kayaks, but I can only put 2 on top of my Bug on the rack....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS Great Product at WOnderful Amazon Prices.......
