Awesome pan

Large pans like this one need to be on large burners to keep their balance. They heat very evenly (no hot spot) they keep warm even after off the burner, so carryover cooking must be kept in mind, giving you the chance to finish other dishes while the one on this pan keep cooking in the pan alone.Excellent product, I own other pans by Gordon and they are all excellent. I cook pretty much every day. Clean them right after use and they will last for ever. Very comfortable to sue handles. The best thing about them when it comes to money is that they are a high quality product for half the price of All-Clad brand, and they are built in the same way (high quality alluminum sandwiched between 18/10 stainless steel)

I just purchased the 10" version to replace a 20 year old pan. It's really terrific. Well balanced, heats quickly and evenly. Holds heat (means some adjustment in cooking for me). Plus, it's just pleasing to look at.Great value.
