Beautiful, Bright and Solid

I had seen this lamp in a retail store at the list price, so I already knew it was the style and function I wanted. The base is heavy and nicely finished antique brass and the beige shade has a soft fleck pattern. The main reason I selected this lamp is because it has 3 outer bulbs and one inner bulb so I can use it as a very bright reading lamp. I put in the natural bright saver type bulbs for the outer ring and a 3-way bulb in the middle so it can also be used for softer effect. There are 2 separate switches so you can really vary the amount of light output. This lamp has solved my reading light problem next to my favorite recliner and looks beautiful in the family room, too! I want to thank the supplier for their EXCELLENT customer service-the inital shade had some defects and they replaced it very quickly after I wrote an email using the Amazon link. I am very satified and glad I purchased this lamp at Amazon at a great discount.
