I love to work on my classic cars. Frequently it's just me, no "helpers(s)". I can do just about everything but removing a stock steel hood by myself can be challenge. I've rigged up pulleys, hoists, etc. Then I saw this garage buddy on the net and thought I'd give it a shot. Best thing since wheel dollies!. It allows one person pull the hood, stow it and then reinstall it at the perfect angle. Real slick! I wish I had it years ago.
