Over 10 years of service before having a problem.

I have two of these pumps that have been in service for over 10 years in my basement sumps. I'm replacing one of them now because it began tripping the ground fault interrupter (GFI). The problem: I found a crack in the top (the switch housing) that allowed water in. But it's a good pump (10 years of service isn't bad) and I'm going to try to replace the cracked part and keep this one as a spare.

great pump for the price

I had a flooding problems outside my house I was advised to purchase a pump like this and end my troubles. I installed this pump outside my house with no problems it is wired to a dedicated box. No more problems built very well
