Definitely the best Bluetooth headset!

I have used almost every name brand and no name Bluetooth headset you can think of. I even used 2 or 3 different models from different brands. One of my friends suggested this one and I am extremely impressed. This is by far, the best and most comfortable headset I have ever used. It is a perfect companion for my Polycom VOIP phone on my desk. It has the best range too. I get up and walk around my office and the quality stays the same vs getting static on other headsets. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for an office headset.

Horrible to clean

We have a work environment where multiple people may use the same device. Our SOP states that they must be cleaned between uses. This item does not perform this function well. The design of the headset itself is uncomfortable. The sound this device produces after being cleaned up is also not very good. I prefer the CS55 model much better.

Good product. Easy to Step Up. Sound quality could be improved.

Received the product and had it setup in less than 15 minutes. Product works as described with range at least 30 ft (though I have not tested the full range). Adjustments for volume and mic sensitivity work and easy to use. Ear piece is comfortable. You do not even know you are wearing it. The only complaint is that the sound quality is not as good as expectations. It is not bad but I expected high quality with Plantronics. Despite this I would buy again.
