OK, so I never thought I'd be ordering groceries on Amazon, but this is the thing that got me. When my local Asian grocery stopped carrying these noodles, I knew I had to find somewhere that did. My family loves these made with a bit of coconut milk with the water, chipped up scallions, and a bit of meat if there's some around (try chicken thigh for really good flavor). I went searching for them on Amazon almost for whimsy, but when I found them, they were *cheaper* than the local store used to have them, and with my Amazon Prime the shipping was free. We'll go through 60 pretty fast.Nom nom! :)
