Have yet to install, but...

Installation requires the surface area for installation be at 65-degrees minimum. Since I don't have a garage that accommodates my somewhat large pick-up, I'll have to wait for warmer weather. This review, for now, is about my customer service experience.The set of panels arrived with hidden shipment damage. I contacted Amazon for help, and a brand-new set showed-up THE NEXT DAY! WHOA! I've been sent a prepaid return shipment label, so all I need to do is take the damaged set to a UPS store. SLICK! Couldn't be happier with the service.I'll post a product review (and maybe a picture) once the weather warms and my schedule allows for installation.
