Works great. Installation may take a bit of work.

Works great. You MUST use the short screws provided for mounting or you could harm your drives in the outer slots. I had to bend down tabs separating bays to install since there is no room for slots in the sides. To do so, buy a deep throated 4-inch C clamp at Sears if you don't have one. then just put it over the tab and crank it down until the tab is flat.
