whenever I feel a cold coming on I reach for flu and cold times. It can keep a cold at bay if used with the first tickling of a cold coming on. If the cold has started though forget it.

Excellent remedy. I've used it for several years. It's especially good when you recognize those pre-cold symptoms. Works very well for me at night. I've never had any sort of side effects or medicine-type discomfort.
