Beware of compatible

We all want to save money when we buy products. A while back, I purchased a compatible for my color laser printer. I could not believe the cost savings. Then, several pages later, I discovered the cartridges leaked. It cost $80 to have the printer serviced. Cautionary tale. OEM is the way to ensure good quaility and results. If you do not know what OEM is, Original Equipment Manufacturer. Mind you, there are dozens of distributers so indeed shop around for them but don't be fooled by compatibles. Use Amazon to help you find the best price.
