Dry packed this powder and put into quart jars for later use.Tastes WONDERFUL! Just like tomato sauce out of the can, only in a dry form. Looking forward to using it in soups and other dishes!

Equals 100 lbs. of fresh tomatoes. This is my guesstmate not science. Awsome flavor and I think a awsome value. These folks put out high quality product for reasonable prices.
