Product Description
Teff makes it a good morning cereal as it is similar to Cream of Wheat, but more nutritious. Due to its small size, it works well combined with other larger grains in a stuffing or a pilaf such as below. Toeasting is recommended prior to cooking.

Good Price Good Procuct

If you use teff, this was a good purchase based on price. Good quality product. If your not familer with teff then read up and see if it is for you. Makes a nice cereal by it's self or mixed with other grains like amaranth or quinou (sp).
